Default Swirl Marks and minor Scratchs

Is there a product you guys can recommend me for removing Swirl marks, i dont have a Machine polisher so something i can put on by hand and take off by hand,

I ordered the kit that Polished Bliss recommends and think its absolutely brilliant. Used it on a black Impreza as well as a Dark metallic blue one as well.

Top quality product for the money. Well worth reading the guides for amount to use etc.
