what settings to use
hi guys
have just purchased some snow foam and a foam lance from ultimate finish, just after advice on what setting to use on the gun it is a gilmour foammasterII pro foam gun and on the top the settings go from 0-5 for the foam/water mixture ,whats the best number to have it on for good thick foaming as my car is coverd in salt/crud at the moment and i have never used these foam guns/mixtures before.
cheers in advance

Totally depends on your water pressure and what shampoo/foam agent you are using. As a general rule of thumb, if you are using a standard shampoo fill the bottle a quarter full with it and add warm water to the top, then start on a middle setting (2-3) and adjust up or down until the foam level is spot on. If you are using a snow foam style product follow exactly the same method but add just 1cm of product to the bottle.
