Default tar marks removal

i have a white impreza, since ive had it i havnt really givin it a good round shine.....whats the best to use in order to get the full shine out of it an remove all the little tiny annoying ridicolous looking tar marks?

Try a tar remover. Failing that a clay or polish them out.

nice 1, i assume these are paint work friendly and would not do the unexpected?

any reputable places that 1 would know of in the south london area that would take the job on?
