OEM wheels are pretty much a lost cause tbh. Very hard to refresh the unpainted inner wheel. The exteriors respond well to dilute megs wheel brightener and a thorough washing. Then use an aggressive clay followed by a polish, seal and wax. At least that's what I would do.

Personally I prefer to skip the chemical stage, but if they are really bad often there is no other choice.

Totally agree with the above - OEM Scooby rims can be a total pig to clean fully, due to the roughness of the casting. Meguiars Wheel Brightener is what we use for starters in bad cases, agitated well with brushes and mitts. Clay is pretty much a waste of time on roughly textured inner rim surfaces, so if the Wheel Brightner doesn't fully work then the chances are a refurb will be needed to restore them to as new condition. You'll do better with the faces though, using the acid, then clay and then a sealant.

For the rears they will be fine, however the fronts will need refurbed at some point now, my own fault really.

prob going to get them done in a dark colour as they will at least look clean with all the brake dust.
