Chances are if the surfaces have never been cleansed and dressed regularly then sun damage will be high, so there will be a limit as to how much you can do with them. I would start out by cleaning them properly with an all purpose cleaner like Poorboy's APC. Spray on, wipe off, this will remove deep seated muck and grime. Then I would feed and protect the surfaces (2-3 applications over a couple of days) using either Poorboy's Natural Look Dressing or Zymol Vinyl, applied using a microfibre pad and leaving to dry naturally. Review the finish; if you're happy then great, if not then the only way forward then will be to get the affected surfaces dyed professionally.
