Anyone used these guys?
I placed an order with them last Thursday and their delivery patter suggested turnaround would be 1-3 days. Gave them credit for the bank holiday but still nothing and according to the on line tracker my order is still "being processed"

Tried phoning them but no answer although charge has been applied to my credit card. Not worried about the money (know I can query/ claim back) just wondered what these guys were like and whether this was a first for "poor delivery".

Should have ordered from PB (will know for next time).....................

I have had no problems using Clean and Shiny.

My recent order was running late, but a quick email to John in sales sorted it same day. Nice fella, just be friendly and explain what you want and he is very helpful
