Removing white masonary paint

Removing white masonary paint
Hi
My neighbour (I use the term loosley) painted the new extension on his house Saturday morning (white masonary paint).
It was very windy here and my car (silver) is now covered in little white dots of paint.
When you first look it doesn't seem too bad but as you start to remove you get your eye in and see more and more.
Started by using my thumbnail then moved onto the good old clay bar but it is really taking some shifting.
Any thoughts on a good way to remove this?

I'd make him lick it off. Seriously. If my neighbour did that there would be serious trouble no doubt about it. However, if the clay bar isn't shifting it my guess is the spots are still quite soft. Given that exterior paint these days is usually a water-based emulsion of some sort or another, I would try using something like P21S Total Auto Wash. This is a very strong citrus solvent, which should soften the spots to the point where they can be washed off. Apply to the whole car (spray on), leave for 10 mins, then rinse and wash thoroughly in the usual manner. If this doesn't work then consult a local bodyshop - they will have solvents that will do the trick, although they will be harsher than the P21S, which is safe for all surfaces.
