Lightbulb Cheap transformer for all the Porter Cable buyers

Just spotted THIS on a marketing email sent to me from Maplins. Not sure if it's the right capacity for running the PC, but if it is it may save you all a few quid.

Dunno, but I doubt it. The porter cable 7424 says it has a 3.7A motor, which'll draw near 400W of power. it'll work on 50 or 60Hz tho, apparently.

So no, I'd not go for that as it ain't powerful enough.

Oh well, I tried. There does look to be a 300A version though
