Bilt Hamber Deox C
As it's a Sunday afternoon, I thought I'd dip two bolts in the sheep dip.
They are from my rear diffuser and both rear most 12mm bolts are pretty skanky.
Does anyone else use or tried BH Deox C? I find it pretty effective and safe to use. Anyone use Evaporust?

Hydrate 80 also been brilliant over the years, and my latest product Atom Mac....great for spraying onto discs at 5% dilution to stop them rusting after a wash. It really does work.

I use a lot of Deox C. Or rather I use citric acid which does the same job for a tenth of the cost. Same mix ratios as Deox C and it works just as well. There are some who believe it’s all Deox is maybe with a few additives. I usually still use the sandblaster on parts after they’ve been Deoxed to get a good key for paint.
If parts aren’t being painted soon after being treated a quick spray of WD40 or similar helps to stop that horrible rust coming back but isn’t too difficult to wipe off before paint.
