But how many people dont realise ie when there selling goods etc, its a good idea really!

maybe they could make it so that it can be disabled in user cp.

This is the typical sarcastic responce that I am starting to expect from many members of this forum whenever I try to implement anything new.

I think nearly everything else you have put on the site is great, and I have always said so. but this is annoying, its in your face and its not for my benefit! besides the fact a moderator or webmaster can send a message to a member even if their message inbox is full, so its not even a factual comment...

There are various ways to bring your thoughts to other peoples attention.
Some of them will just leave them unlikely to want to help.

one of the changes on here lately () that is a good idea, i tried sending a PM to someone who's inbox was full, proper pain in the ***. something like this is better than having to create another one of those "empty your inbox" threads in the General section

I have asked about this too, as I dont like it either

i would like the option like the old system of being able to turn the notices off, but i think it went unanswered
