Default Left hand allignment gives strange results

See here - bottom of page:

https://www.scoobynet.com/news-annou...-layout-3.html

and here:

I've only seen the issue on that particular thread.

scotsman, thanks for posting this.

When you look at the images in the broken page, are they the thing that is pushing the page to become wide?

I think you'll find that this is a problem with the opera browser, and not something we can easily fix - if at all.

No - none of the images are that wide.

Doesn't happen on other threads though - so might just be one of those weird things.

Looks like it does it for any thread/page that has a photo in it - even thought the photo resides within the correct width.

Couple examples below.

Interestingly - when you 'centre' the forum it looks like this:

However, on this thread, it looks fine! bizarre!

yeah.. I think the deal is, that the originaly photo width is setting the page width.

The reason it is ok in this thread, is that the images you have posted are not wider than the page width.

Not sure how to fix that to be honest, if its possible at all?!

It's not a problem in IE7 - so looks like Opera specific and not worth spending time over.
