hmm, this might explain why nobody uses it!
If you click "go advanced" you should have a button which says "manage attachements".
Is this not there?

Hmm I don't use advanced, I always use the quick reply ( I would use it more if you reduced the 30 second lag
)
I have just clicked on go advanced and the option isn't there either
However I am sure I have seen some threads with the attachment icon, so it must be possible
Maybe it only appears in the full editor
Will try it out and let you know

these users, they are a bit fick arent they, never use the attachments
