Pics are easy, register at Photobucket and paste the URL between image tags - [ img ] paste here [ / img ] - but without the additional spaces. For an example, click to reply to any post containing pics and analise the text in the reply quote.

For vids you'll need to work out how to upload to your personal webspace supplied by your ISP using an FTP application. I haven't been @rsed to learn that bit yet.
