Default Blobeye Grill Ideas Please.

Currently have a standard grill with the crudy pink oval, and subtle STI emblem.

I was going to unclip the mesh and chop out the oval mounts, and hopefully bond the edges smooth, then paint black.

Opinions or pics please.

Thanks
Rob

Cheers Ian

I've been pointed out what is the best way to do this, so a job for tomorrow providing I'm not rough from tonight's escapade

I may even photo the stages so others can follow the steps, or more to the point how not to do it if I **** it up

Lol, If I managed it I'm sure you can, my filler skills look ugly underneath, but then no one sees that bit

Cheers Dan. I've just done a search which came up with this?

http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/s...egoryId_165625

If so I'll nip on to halfrauds tomorrow, and get myself some paint too. Any suggestion on colour?

This could go very good or very bad.
good luck rob
only problem i found when fitted is you can see the release mechanism behind where the badge used to be and have to clean it up.

Halfway through the write-up I cringed and covered my eyes.

When I thought I'd scrolled to the end I opened them. Great job !
I'm not the 'handyman' type but good one

I spent £40 in Halfords, so contribute towards, and you pay the delivery costs, and it's done
