Default how do i get the disks off!

ive got the calipers off of my 1993 wrx sti impreza on one side the disk just slides off on the other side it doesn't, there is two holes on the disk but ive tried a cross head and flat head screw driver in them also have tried punching the hole to see it something comes out the back, any ideas? Big hammer if not, as got new disks to go one and one side didn't have anything in the two holes and just slid off...
Also car cuts out when going right as fuel pump is in the right of the tank so have to run on a full tank always, whats the easiest way to solve this very bad design fault, fit another pump other side, i've tried a boost pipe off the pump to bottom of tank but doesn't go both sides so same problem, maybe a t piece?

Smack it with a hammer.

Clean the edge on the hub, and IIRC the 2 holes are threaded for putting bolts into.

M8 or M10 IIRC, wind them in to remove the disc.

Front, they should just tap off with a rubber mallet etc once the calipers are off.

The pump: you sure it's running when you corner? They are notorious for poor connections......

I've used a long bolt with two nuts tightened through the caliper mounting bolts to apply pressure to the back of the discs on a friends Mazda 3; worked a treat when all else failed including hours of hammering!

As above, there are thread 'extraction holes' as with most disk brakes.

Although, if you have to ask, you shouldn't be working on your own brakes!

Hit the old disc with a hammer to work it loose.

Pump wise, pull it out and check its got a decent sized filter bag on the bottom. Some aftermarket ones have tiny filters on the bottom of the pump which don't reach down very far.
Also pump connections is a good shout.
Remember imprezas are notorious for cutting out when cornering hard on low'ish fuel.

Have you backed the handbrake shoes off all the way using the adjuster accessed through the back plate by removing the rubber grommit? Fuel wise. Check the cross over pipe from left to right of the tank isnt blocked

Yeah you use the threaded hole to screw in a bolt that pushes the disc off
