As above is this possible im not bothered about motorway driving i only use my car around town ,if it is what gearbox code am i looking for and diff also as mines got the electronic speedo how do i get round that as the earlier boxes are cable arnt they

 

Yes it will fit. You will need the matching rear diff (3.9). I'm not sure on the difference in drive (electric or cable) but would assume they just screw in the same way.

There are a few different RA box codes as their is rear diff's and shafts, it depends on what year.

I had an RA gearbox in my old uk car and with a td04 turbo it was quite amusing and it was even more fun with a mapped up td05 turbo Make sure you go for the version 5/6 ra gearbox as they are stronger than the earlier ones.

 

Brill mate thats what i miss ive had a few imports in the past and the uk feels a lot different any idea what codes are on the later boxes
