Spraying and oiling under car
Hello all,
I need some advice on cleaning off and then sealing / oiling underneath the car.
I've taken advice from my mechanic saying it needs to be done.
I'm hoping for some recommendations and estimates of how much it's going to cost and where to get it done.
Looking in the areas between West London to Bristol.
Thanks in advance.

Was gonna ask the same question for doing the arches on my bug before they fall prey to the salty roads.
I saw the write up the guy did of his RA project(now for sale on here). Arch liners removed, all cleaned and painted with stone chip. Aiming for the same type of thing but with the liners back in place rather than leaving them bare as he has. I think if I was looking for full undersell I'd be putting it to someone to do for me. The way I see it I can do an arch at a time and still use the car n between.

I was hoping to find a place that would do it for me.
I need some quotes as i've found a place in Bristol but the wanted £200. When they were asked what they were actually going to do it all went a bit silent.
I think most comapnies with ramps etc don't want to cover their work shop floor full of crap...

May I suggest you buy some stuff from Bilt Hamber and do it yourself:
www.bilthamber.com
Their Dynax S50 is very easy to use and it has kept several of my cars in great shape over the last few years.

Its worth looking at classic car specialist. When I had my previous classic waxoyling/undersealing was a bi-yearly routine. Haynes Motor Museum Workshop is right on the A303 in Somerset, if they cannot do it I bet they know a man that can.
Not that close to you but might be worth a look
