Hello.
I want to buy an Impreza (my first one). I hear alot of good and bad views on the new model.
I would like some views on if I should go for a new shape or look for a V,W or X reg older model.
Any thoughts.
Thanks
Steve

Hi, and welcome to scoobynet.

What you want and how much you want to spend is the key questions.

1. Do you want to have a ***** out no compromise rally car, or a fast but comfortable one?
2. Do you need the extra space of the 5 door, or will a 2 door shape do just fine?

Have a look at

Cool

Steve,

Welcome aboard the Scoobynet, you'll find everything you need to know here...and some things you probably didn't

As you live near Reading go along to the Lancaster Dealership and have a look at their selection. They usually have a decent range of UK models, some with mods, and also some of the rarer special editions. If you like what you see and feel comfortable with the car after a test drive then look through the 'private' section here to see if any members are selling their cars as they are usually cheaper than dealers and still come with the balance of any warranty.

Take your time and have a good look around other dealers if possible, SGT is quite near to you in Taplow. If you feel the need for an import, STi or WRX, then look at a few of the specialist suppliers listed on the SIDC website Neil has put a link to.

Happy shopping

Yex
