hi there does any one know where i can get spoiler stiffys/ fins for a standard sti hawk spoiler. only want 2, seen the perrin ones in usa just want to know if i can get them here.

You can get the Perrin ones from Scoobyclinic, search Perrin Wing Stiffi on eBay and you'll find them

 

I bought mine on ebay from a usa seller.They were half price until the tax man wanted some more then parcel force wanted money for collecting the tax. The perrin stiffi's are a crap fit and very poor for the money. I had to have some rubber shoes made up so they fitted my spoiler. You even have to drill your own holes. They do work in stopping wing bounce but if i knew then what i knew now i wouldn't of bothered.

 

The Perrin ones I advised the op to look at on eBay are sold by Scoobyclinic @ £49.99 each plus delivery.

 

Has anyone ever thought of using a Perrin one as a mould/template to make some that are a decent fit and price ?

 

Or a group buy?.....

£49.99 for 1 bit of plastic?

Word of advice. Dont get them. There a great idea but perrin are a carp, really crap fitment i bought 2 and after a week i sold them. Gaps everywhere

 

They are a rubbish fit and i was very disappointed with them for the expensive price.
After fighting with them for a few months i had a mate who works in a rubber factory mill me some rubber shoes for the bottoms to sit in. They now fit great.

 

No offence , but that still doesnt look the best IMO.

 

A lot better than tiger seal. To be honest they look better in real life than in the pic, especially now they have been on a year. Thing is this is the only real fix as the blade are about 5mm too small.

 

mine fitted great, no drilling or used the existing holes in spoiler, and double sided tape which was provided
has to be an original STi spoiler, or there will be no mounts

They seem to fit better in cold weather but the spoiler expands in the summer heat. You don't have to drill holes in the spoiler as it fit in the existing screw holes but you do have to drill the bolt holes in the stiffi's as they don't come pre-drilled.
