Subaru4U in Newbury.

They can do any fitting work and JGM can map on their rollers.

Yup .. I've used Len and Mark at S4U quite a few times and am very happy ... plus as someone said .. Simon from Jolly Green Monster (JGM) maps on the RR there too. Indeed he was there just yesterday from looking at FB.

Simon also maps a lot at Surrey Rolling Road too .. just up the M3 .. Plus you've got Bob Rawle along in Swindon for on the road mapping. I am sure there are other mappers that are around too .... so .. spoilt for choice really!!

You don't strictly need the headers but they certainly help with spool, although if your handy on the tools then give them a port yourself, although the Harvey up pipe will certainly help spool.

The rest depends on what you buy really, if you want new or buy used etc, if you look through the cars breaking section it can save you a lot of money, obviously I would suggest buying a new panel filter and pump. At a guess I would say the above can be bought for £300-£400 if you look hard enough, also depends if your patient or if you want it done yesterday

The biggest chunk will be the mapping, have you looked at what options there are available to you.

Thanks for the reply is the 400 inclusive of headers? I haven't really seen many products for the hatch if I'm honest so I am at a bit of a loss! I used to have an old blob eye wrx and billy bolt on bits were easy to find but this hatch proves rather more tricky

I'm just down the road from you bud, I used Enginetuner @ Plymouth a few weeks ago for my mapping etc.
they had a 330s hatch down there what I was there and that came out of there with 500hp so fed worth a call and a chat.
Cheers

Mapping prices seem to vary hugely! What's the consensus on how much to pay?

i would say between 300-400 depending who you get to map it,just make sure you get your supporting mods on the car befor the map as any fitted after will need adjusted on the map and thats more money.

Its your first map that's going to cost as you need a license as well as the mapping time and the rollers. That'll be the price your quoted. If you do open source then there are no license fee's
