I refer the honourable gentleman to the answer give some moments ago...

A long long time ago (2005or6) on a website not so far away, there was a spate of posts along the lines of "look at this picture I found" and a photo of some poor buggers Classic roof deep in a muddy pond. The posters hadn't seen it on here before and by the tenth posting the OP got flamed with 'cries' of "SIAL!! SIAL!! or Subaru In A Lake. Hence any oldtimers on here greet repeated posts with "SIAL!"

Here endeth the history lesson. which is itself is a SIAL!
