Default £15k for this Blob WRX. Worth it?

In my opinion it looks cheap and nasty. The bodykit looks thin and flimsy but I dont know half of the mods mentioned so is this really worth £15k?

Blobeye WRX

I'm pretty sure the engine in this car is the old 2.5 from Duncan's TT car.

That's a ChargeSpeed widearch kit from Japan, a very expensive bodykit.
Not to my tastes, but can appreciate that a lot of money has been spent on it, unlike the usual stick on roof vents and WRC graphics we see so often on here.

Not worth 15k though

Well it's got some nice parts, but not to my taste, think it would look evil in black, doubt it would make it off the rollers if it was running 600 bhp with 11mm head studs though.

The kit alone is really garish... that colour scheme is absolutely horrible. I'm sure it's a nice car underneath but I can't see this vehicle appealing to the kind of person who has £15k to spend on a car that'll also cost a fortune to run.

Could buy a really nice car and have spare to do a lot to it for the same dorrah.

You can walk down the street without any clothes on for nothing.
People will still point & laugh.

The guy turned up at one of our meets shortly after he bought it having paid...I think...10k for it. He said it was running 350bhp but wasn't making boost. He popped the bonnet and it still had the TD04 strapped to it and the boost solenoid was plumbed into the charcoal canister if I remember rightly, the engine let go not long after....He then went on to pump 20k into it.

I struggle to understand the mentality of someone who creates such an eyesore.

Its one of those moments that you get on dragons den when they say, "how much have you spent, sorry wasted on this"? Followed shortly by, "for goodness sake stop", followed by when realisation dawns.
