Default Wheel refurbers/painters in London?

Can anyone recommend a company who can do a decent job on painting my wheels?

Wheels are new but I want to change the colour to something brighter?

Also, is it better to paint or powdercoat as I've heard horror stories resulting from powder coat.

One company I spoke to said they paint the wheel but give it a powdercoated lacquer? Would this finish last, and will it affect the strength of the wheel at all?

They're Rotas.
Are powdercoated lacquers ok? The company is offering to repaint the wheels and then give them a powdercoated lacquer finish.

A good friend of mine is a paint sprayer and his wheels are immaculate when finished what colour are they now ?

And what colour do you want them ?

He has done 2 sets for me and are actually rota's one set in silver and the other set in black .
He lives in Lincolnshire and charges depending on paint about £130 a set

Here's the set of silver he painted for me

7.5"

ET 48

PCD 114.3

I'd take £350 for them, 3 virtually new tyres, and 1 part worn - perhaps 1,250 miles.
