I've seen your other thread. I've not fiddled with your model year, but I think you need to go through all your sensors systematically and check them out, and try and log the fault as it is happening on a Select monitor - difficult I know!

Just out of interest, in you opinion, could a faulty crank/cam/lambda sensor cause my problem if the signal was intermittent. eg when my car power goes up and down as i accelerate one of these sensors could be giving varied readings??
p.s. only does it when hot?????????????????

I suppose crank/cam sensor failures could conceivably affect timing and lead to hesitations, but you don't hear of these sensors going like you do MAF, Lambda (esp on cars over 3 years old). You really need to systematically check through all the sensors. Even then it can be a tough job - Scott T replaced a lot of things and still had troubles. No more specific ideas sorry. Lambda problems will manifest at idle and low load conditions. MAF probably everywhere.
