i only went to spectate, but as soon as i turned up at Well Lane Turbo centre with my new Blitz / TSL exhaust booming around Batly the main man Bob came over and asked if i wanted to be featured, as he wanted a Jap car in there amongst all the cossies, think mine was the only non-ford on the rollers that day as it was an RS Owners club day.

i was on the rollers against a Saphire Cossie with Stage 1 chip, magnex exhaust system and induction kit which managed 257bhp, the only mod i got on my Turbo 2000 was the exhaust so couldnt quite match it with 250bhp

250 is good with just the exhaust. At least yours won't be broken down next week like a Cossie.

he did say my scoob was one one of the nicest sounding cars of the series (Blitz/TSL dp), while filming think he said something about 'boxers with 5 inch tails' ooer.

any idea when their filming next?

I was told I was on the 4th show. Think next it's that gold Carlton next week against a black Vectra I think. Then it's me.

You only lost 7bhp on the stage 1 cossy, and all you did was change your exhaust, I wouldn't be to upset by it, just think how much it would have cost him to get a stage 1 chip and whatever else he had done to it. Well done M8

I watched it this Friday and there was a red scoob going down a drag strip against a modded beemer... no contest!
