Cheapest mapping option?
Hiya,
I've just bought a 1999 UK turbo 2000 facelift. It has has a decat fitted so there is no cat in either downpipe nor exhaust.
I'm a bit wary about this and can feel it boosting oddly as though it hits full boost then tails off and then comes back again. Definitely not a straight line of torque/power.
I'm assuming this is due to it needing mapping for the decat. Having come from an rx7 I'm very wary about Giving it too much boost or too many revs as is.
What is the cheapest way to get this mapped, not after anything fancy and really can't afford a lot at all......
Thanks
Kyle
