Hi all. Car is a 96wrx v limited. only boosting to 0.6 bar and when you get to about 4500rmp it's like hitting a wall and there's no power at all. This morning I have taken all vac pipes off and checked them.. There all fine.. Cleaned the solenoid. Had new coil packs and plugs 6 months ago. Reset the ecu but still same problem. Could this be a blown turbo or would I get no boost pressure at all?
In 5th gear foot flat to the floor the car won't rev past 3600rpm.

Any ideas please

 

or do you think its stuck in limp mode?
