I have been trying to get in touch about an out of stock item on his website but he doesn't seem to reply to emails. does anyone have a number for him?

 

Ive emailed him twice now and the first 1 was over 2 weeks ago as he does state that sometimes it may take upto that to reply. I need him to get back to me asap and have stated this in both emails.
If somebody can shed some light on this i would be very gratefull.

He works off shore for weeks on end lads

 

I can understand that he works offshore but it does say that he will get back to you as soon as he can but may take upto 2 weeks to reply.
Im still waiting and have no car at the moment.

 

Still no reply from him and starting to get quite annoyed about it.
Anybody dealt with him recentley??

i got my reply this evening. parts ordered and paid for. they will ship later this month. so I am happy. He is just back from being away for 4 weeks.

 

I had the same problem but it all came right in the end
He does work ofshore but it will happen i am sure

 

Carl is one of the good guys, but you do have to be patient due to the offshore work. I don't think he'd continue to advertise his wares if he knew he couldn't deliver.

 

Sincerest apologies for any inconvenience guys. Offshore is busier than normal for me right now which is making it difficult to get to emails etc. That said, i always respond.

 

+1 Carl is an absolute topper and has never been known to let anybody down. (infact he normally goes out of his way to help).

He has a day job though guys so sometimes he struggles due to offshore access, don't ever think he is ignoring email/orders etc.
