Default No car jack from main dealer !

I`ve had my 05 wagon 2 years, but never looked at the spare ( slack I know ) Went to grease rear shocks today and was stunned to find no jack. This is the wife`s daily drive ( not that she could undo the nuts ) so I was worried that I had been so stupid to let her drive around without one.
It was bought from a main dealer in sept 10, and the other tools and spare look unused; do you reckon they would cough up for a new one, or no chance ?

Not a chance. If you had contacted them soon after purchase then I'd say they would but after 2 years, no hope.
Worth a shot though I suppose but even if you need to buy one it's only gonna be a few quid, worth asking one of the breakers on here. Sure they would almost give you one If asked nicely.

You sure you checked properly as the jack is located in a compartment on left of boot nr shocks and rear light cluster in a wagon. And not in spare wheel area.
But if you have then sorry

As said by others, worth an ask to the dealer first off, they might have one laying about they don't want. Otherwise try a breakers, they must have loads and will probably give one away just to get rid of it.

As said, double check the compartment on the left side of the boot.

Waste of time and weight. Buy some tyre foam.
