Default K-sport brake problem? Maybe....

Right I have a set of front K-sports. I let quick fit stick them on for me as I had no time. Went on fine not a problem. Then it was time to bleeding them the first time **** loads of air came out. After that the peddle will still spongy!!
So he decided to bleed them again and kept topping up the reservoir until there was absolutely no sign of bubbles at all.
But after driving around for a while something just don't seem right I have to press the pedal atleast half way done to get any resistance!! Surely this brake set up should bd stupidly sharp!!!
We're have I gone wrong??

Calipers right way up.

I'm not to sure
I know he did the right hand side and then the left by bleeding the top nipple off the caliper.
Or do you have to bleed the caliper in 2 different positions as this might be we're it's gone wrong

He should have started from the rear passanger side when bleeding them.

Each caliper as far as i remember has a bleed nipple on each side. each side needs to be done.

IMO if your removing calipers i always re-bleed the system from rear to front to make sure its done properly.

There is a nipple on the logo side and the bolt side that need to be bled

Ok mate I'll check on that and see what it's like just doing the fronts again. Then if no good do all starting from the rears
Thanks
