Gave the P1 a clean for the 1st time in a while
I've neglected the thing for a while so spent 2 hours on it this evening.
Tried the Simoniz Protection Car Wash. No polish or wax just a wash and dry,
Missing rear mud flap in boot and will be fitted back on tomorrow.

No coil pack or leads anymore. Will need to grind off the stalks & get them polished out

Thanks gents.
In answering your questions I am now running single coil packs and original coil pack was maxing out.
Engine is wound back to 520 bhp at the moment but that is V Power only. There is a fair bit more power yet but the Bosch motorsport 10Br fuel pump is also on it's limits so there will be a new pump from The States being fitted soon with a large direct feed straight to battery.
Once fitted we shall have it on the RCM dyno and run race fuels and 20% Meths.

I have found all metal polishes are much the same. The BIG difference is what you put it on and take it off with.
Best combi I have used so far is apply it with a waffle cloth and take it off with a mild suede cloth. I then rub it with screwed up newspaper. Don't ask me how but newspaper will leave a better shine every time.
