2nd hand P1 wheels
Advice please on how much you think a set(4) of 17" P1 wheels in anthracite are worth(no tyres). They are about 9 months old and have a few marks(chips) but no scuffing. I've been offered a set and I think he wants too much.
Cheers

To buy new from a Subaru dealer (no tyres), they are £250 each including the VAT (within a few £).
To buy them new with tyres from a dealer will cost around £1600!
Most sets sold new from P1, went for about £1100, although some did sell for a bit more, some for a bit less.
I bought a set with tyres (covered 4,000 miles and are lass than half worn) £900 about a month ago. There are no marks on the wheels, and the original tyres still have a good 10k miles left on them.
Without the tyres, and a few marks on the wheels, I would say they are worth no more than about £600, possibly a bit less depending on how damaged they are.

You are way over the top. I recently paid £740 for 4 new P1 gold wheels via my dealer plus £517 for 4 x 215/.40x17 S02's - total, fitted, £1257. As both 17" and 18" P1 wheels are now stock items s/h ones, marked, are unlikely to be worth more than £450 - 500.

Taff,if only. Unfortunately the dealer took the P1 off first, then did a full check of the geometry of my car and adjusted the settings . I only mentioned it so people could get some idea of the deals available and the going rate for the wheels. cheers Dave.

Dave,
remember though that the gold P1 wheels are substantailly less expensive than the anthracite ones. I think the gold ones retail at about £170+VAT each. Don't know why there is such a price difference ?
