im not sure on the seller but im sure its one of the local lads drag/track cars ran 13.5 at shakey but im sure it wasnt 420 horse

 

You want to be 2 seconds quicker with 420 bhp thats for sure.

 

in 95 the only 2doors were 1.6's so it's a 1.6 with a turbo engine have seen the car on here i'm sure it's a scooby netter's

STAY WELL WELL CLEAR !! I know the company and they sold me a stupid sti that turned out not to be ! One the 2nd day I blew the engine and I was told the car was well fu*ked before I purchased it ! I got my money back in the end !!

 

the rare 2 doors are mint green 1.5 auto

this is a 2 door with a wrx i.d all day long

 

they didnt do many 1.6 2doors and the fetch good money lol but not 7k

 

As you go over the hump back bridge past the engine,he is on the left,well well old dirty cars,and all a total bag of pooh ! Ripped me off on a Scooby,got it sorted in the end though

 

my mates v-limited type r (non sti) wrx engine did 12.6 at santa pod

decat, headers and vf22 not even mapped so this aint 420

 

Could of been sprayed and fitted with turbo engine and running gear.
However, I fear your correct on the ID swap.

Regardless of the cars history, I'd never buy from a seller, especially a trader, who uses text speak! Call me a snob but i think it's poor form.

Not only that, the first paragraph of the advert gives the opinion that he wants shot of it, and will take any old tat in part exchange!!

Doesn't exactly inspire confidence in a car that is essentially top-end money!!!!

£7k and no spec at all to back up that power? makes me wonder what my 555 is worth with that genuine power and the spec and graphs to prove it

Who in their right mind would spend £7k on a car like that with no spec that looks like a shed? It may be a good car but who knows what is fitted and it is multi coloured and not only that it's on the wrong plate for a type R!

I never knew Subaru did a 1.5/1.6 2 door though so that's news to me

 

i've had a 1.6 2door 22b rep sounded and looked the part but couldn't pull the cat out of bed even had a fmic connected to nothing lol

 

Been on here over 10 years and learned something new tonight! I thought 2 doors were limited to turbo models!
