With the introduction of the so called NEW Impreza imminent, what are people's thoughts on replacing their current car?

I personally have several thoughts:

1. Obviously buying from Holland/Belgium is very attractive, except the wait. But what to buy? A MY00 or wait for the new one.

2. Is there a chance that Subaru will align Europe's prices with the UK? In which case buy from Europe now, MY00 or whatever.

3. What is the new car likely to be like? Is there any chance that it won't have the same magic formula as the current Scooby, and hence turn our current cars into instant classic icons? And furthermore make anyone who's sold their current car for a new one, feel pretty dumb?

Questions questions questions.
