Afraid the answer is no, the newage Sti bearing is smaller

I've been through the grief, bought one that was supposed to be right size and it wasn't and didn't think to check before I took my hub apart. Then got sent a newage Sti one sent out that was too small, then eventually a mate that works for Subaru got the correct one although it was very dear. Since then found aftermarket ones which are the same as Subaru for about 60, I paid 150 for the bearing etc
This is on a type r v5 with r180 diff and the bigger shafts

Oh man , why is this such a pain in the hole. Is it possible that you got sent a newage wrx one which is 65 mm?not the 72mm sti one.
Thanks man

got told that it was a newage sti one that turned up, knowing the place i got it from anything is possible though.
I've got the reciept and part number at home for the repackaged oe one at a fraction of the price, not back till thursday night though. Never know and you may be lucky, I had a right ball ache trying to get the correct one the first time round
