Goodyear Asymmetrics rotational?

Goodyear Asymmetrics rotational?

They aren't rotational like the previous GSD3's. Can I swap these side to side as well as front to back or best not?

you cant rotate the tyres on the rims but you can move them around the car

Yep that's what I mean. They have an outside facing side but don't otherwise seem to have a direction.
