Doubt that either the pcd or the offset will match up.

I've seen some wheels came off a seat leon and are 5x100 pcd and 38et offset, is tht okay I'm going to pick them up now

That offset is way out. Do a search on here for wheel offset, 53 seems to ring a bell?

They'll go on, just not clear the brakes etc, or will rub on the struts.

Lower ET values usually give more clearance for brake kits, but the car's handeling in corners is adversely affected with those low ET values.

Lower offset means they stick out more, so you'd be encountering problems with outer wings as opposed to struts and brakes......
