Bung hole size??? lol
Just wondered what size of bungs I would need to order for a V2 STI to take the recirculating dump valve out of the system??
I'm after the turbo stall chatter!!

If its a VF23 youll need to add a new turbo to the list of parts aswell. The TD's are the only ones that can really cope with a DV delete.

Can you not just loosen off the dump valve then slide a bit tin plate or the likes behind the dump valve?

The dump valve doesnt mount on the intercooler like the newer cars. Its mounted between two pipes.

Is that a defo on the standard turbo??, and can it handle being without a dump valve??

Will the car run ok with out a re-circ dump valve???

If its a TD series turbo it'll run fine without. I run a TD04 with DV delete and the car runs a lot smoother!
I'd get that bonnet open and check!

Might be 20mm, I can't remember
It's certainly no bigger than 25mm because that was too big when I tried

Just measured mine, 25mm running back to the inlet manifold and 36mm at the intercooler end!

They are smaller on early cars (not the 36mm size), I'll measure mine because mine is the same as his
