Default Big thanks to TSL Motorsport Ltd

Big thanks to Linda & team at TSL Motorsport Ltd for outstanding customer service and helpfulness during my telephone call to them. Goods ordered were received (with sound packaging) with less than 24 hours turnaround!

To be fair I e-mailed them last week enquiring about my exhaust (TSL Pulse extraction) being too loud (108db @ 4750rpm) to see if they could help with me with my request. Even though the answer was not what I had hoped for they at least took the time out to reply which is better than a lot of others I could mention > and some of them I have spent thousands with

Thread was to thank TSL for being able to deliver what I needed today. They had in stock which quite a lot of other places did not, and the price was very competitive. I've done similar thank you's for other suppliers where they have gone out of their way to serve me as a customer. As I said Credit given where credit is due.

I bought some Perrin bits from TSL a couple of years ago and Graham was EXTREMELY helpful, he even went to the trouble of putting his own car on the ramp to show me exactly how the parts fitted even though he knew I was getting them fitted elsewhere.

Well that certain owner can take all the credit for it going down the pan. Sarcastic, arrogant, ignorant, self-appreciating **** I have ever given money to and I wish I didnt.

TSL's Perrin customer service is appalling !

Would never buy Perrin or use TSL again, but fair play JP4 credit where it's due

I took my evo for a service there. Unfortunately as I work full time, I had to get my dad to take the car for me. Imagine my shock when they £120 the quoted me, turned unto £380 because they fitted a set of second hand spacers on the front as they said my wheels weren't clearing the calipers. Had it been me, I'd have told them to take a running jump at that price, but my dad paid it and I only found out when it came back.

No way would I go back there.

i don't like the way the mods delete all the bad stuff about tsl, if i was a new customer i'd want to hear the good with the bad, IMO. i didn't see all the penine threads getting loads deleted, only closed after a few days worth of bitching.
