get yourself a free account on photobucket

upload to that from your pc / phone / whatever

get the img code from under your photo

paste it into the body of text

As above,
1. upload a pic from pc
2. put the cursor over desired pic
3. click "IMG code"
4. paste the link into your post by using Ctrl + V together

Hey presto, a pic
