Default New windscreen - new seals?

Thanks to a stone I now have a large crack in my windscreen.

Before I call up to get it replaced I'm interested to know what other people have done with regards to getting new seals fitted at the same time.

My old car was seriously rusty around the windscreen as I guess the seals weren't replaced when the screen was changed and I don't want this to happen to this car too.

So.....

Do I ask Autoglass (or whoever the approved company is) to get the new seals?

Will the insurance company arrange for new seals?

Will I end up having to order and buy seals from Subaru?

Please let me know what you have done!

Thanks in advance

Windscreens are bonded so don't have seals! They do however have trim pieces that need to come off but are replaceable. The only thing that may break are the clips holding them on, but that will be down to autoglass to sort out.

That's what I meant! Surely the trim is the outer seal.....

Anyway, has anyone fitted new trim when having a windscreen changed?
