I've got a whiteline one on my new age wagon, well recommended. Whiteline also do a quick release kit to replace the bolts that secure the bar to the mounting brackets, makes it much easier to whip the bar out when you want to fill up the load space

I run a three point Cusco version that's welded in place

If you want a Whiteline brace give Zak a ring at Mocom racing, they are a UK Whiteline distributor

Whiteline braces are a little disappointing IME, Stick to ARB's lol !

Summit Racing Braces are what you want, although Trails' 3 point cusco is as good as it gets for mitigating flex.

http://www.invoauto.co.uk/home.htm fitting wise some vary the design for wagons, others don't. There's a rather nice Spec D about half way down the website

Sorry to bring up an old thread , I am thinking about buying a rear brace for my sti wagon.
I reckon they suffer from a loose back end, like its being dragged around like a trailer or something compared to the saloons.

Am I right in saying the brace solve the flexing problems?

Like is there a noticeable difference in the drive?

three point perhaps but I think you would struggle to notice it in all honesty unless you are driving absolutely on the limit of the chassis
