right, i have bought a 3 inch after burner vortex r cat back.which is 3 inch all the way .i had this fitted 4 weeks ago ,but doesnt sound quite as loud as my old scoob with the nur spec cat back with the 2 and half inch flange at down pipe end......has anyone got and tried both as would like it louder ,like the blitz.scooby world told me it will get louder as you drive more.but dosnt sound as deep as blitz to me............any help please.or if i bought the blitz rear box only would this be as loud as the full sytstem ,or has any one got a blitz for sale/swop.

 

an RCM team ice system will sort ut your noise issues (or lack of) its louder than the Nur Spec and sounds much nicer

this guy wants a H&S system which the vortex is if im not mistaken... he has a nurspec to px/swap

 

Size doesn't guarantee quality of sound as you have found out. Vortex is just gobby IMHO, the sound isn't refined, Blitz is quality through and through.

 

no,ive got a vortex but want a blitz,as not loud enough for me.yes the vortex is good but had a blitz on my old scoob and it seems to be more thumpy sound then the vortex does. so i want to find a blitz nurspec r.

had both, blitz sounds amazing. the vortex has a nice rumble but nothing compared to the nur spec
