i run one of harvey's gt spec up pipes on my car 3" sleved to 2.5" ported and wrapped.

the difference it makes is truly amazing (much better spool and a more punchy turbo).

i would reccomend anyone to try one, i got mine direct from harvey who is one of the most helpful blokes going.

Agree with TingTong. Fitted Harvey's up-pipe last week to my 03 STI running an MD321H and GT Spec headers. Before and after dyno runs at Zen showed slightly better spool, but more significantly, a noticeable gain in mid-range torque and even a tiny extra bit of top end power. The biggest difference though comes on the road; much more eager to 'go' with more mid-range punch. Also the lag between gear changes is significantly reduced. I would say that Harvey's up-pipe is a MUST for anyone with GT Spec headers.

PS - just to make clear - I am not in any way affiliated to or connected with Harvey
