Default Levels of tune and whats needed--MY00 uk Standard classic

OK peeps.......what are the levels of tune and what is needed for a standard UK classic Wagon

Mine at the minute is bog standard except for a H&S pipe with the centre cat removed...THATS IT!!!

I dont want to go mad but was just wondering what would be the next things to do to release a few more ponies......

I have an Excedy 230mm Clutch going in next week so all should be ok from that point of view.

Would have to be an ecu remap - around 500 quid. Should see you with around 260-280 ish bhp. Actually I read that wrong. Thats should be if you don't have the downpipe cat.
So next on your list could be a sports cat downpipe, or complete decat plus remap.

If you want to change the turbo for a TD05 16g, around £150, plus remap, then you will be in the 320-330bhp range.

Might as well go with the H&S theme, so check their site out. They happen to be one of the best anyway.

As for fitting, in CAN be a bugger getting some of the bolts off the turbo. You really need access from the top and bottom, so big ramps are good. First time I'd aim for 2 and a bit hours, hoping no bolts snap or round off.

But as you may be aware, it will now be a full decat, so its unlikely to pass the MOT emissions test.

No problem. Found the site for you, but check on here, as there are sometimes group buys or second hand ones : Stainless steel exhausts manifolds and headers from Hayward and Scott
