Default Location of camshaft sensor

Has anyone a picture showing the location of the camshaft sensor on a 02 WRX.
Thanks,

looking at the engine from the front, it is on the passenger side on top of the head near the oil filler tube.

The garage where I'm ordering the sensor said it has 2 camshaft sensors.A left and right sensor. Is this correct and if so hwo can I find out which one needs replacing?
P0340 was the error code..

You have an MY02 WRX (i.e. a bugeye), yes? If so the garage is wrong, it's the AVCS cars that have two cam sensors, and yours doesn't have that system.

If you can see the sensor in the location Banny suggested - on the front of the 2/4 bank just behind the dipstick tube and cambelt cover, then you only have the one (and a replacement has the part number 22056AA062).

No sweat. Make sure the garage orders a replacement with the part number I just gave you. If they go by whatever it was telling them about two sensors, and get one of those, it won't fit your car.
