Default bootlid letters. Yes or No ???

I have had a plain bootlid for a while but now just put chrome lettering
(type r) on the bottom right under the keyhole.
Car is a v5type r !
what do you people think of the chrome letters on the bootlid
Simple question
YES or NO

Glad you have taken them off. Were they the ones you buy in motorshops?

No offense dude, but they reminded me of the people that put their names on their cars

How did you manage to get the letters of mate without leaving some stickness behind, what did you use?

I always use a heat gun/hair dryer with a credit card wrapped in cloth to peel off the adhesive. From there I then polish up the area to get rid of any tiny scratches and adhesive residue left.

They had only been on less than a day. i put them on just before i put this post up..
Anyway i pulled them off then used GRAFTER by a company called dymon. it removes.
adhesive-gasket residue-chewing gum-stickers-paint and graffiti..
obviously you dont just spray it on the car..
I sprayed a bit onto a cloth then circular motion rub over the adhesive. then hot soapy water straight away..
All off no marks or damage ....
