Driving through assorted speed limits at around 07:00 to 08:00 this morning, I wondered once agains about this speed limit enforcement thing.
We are in the 21st Century right? So why are we erecting round bits of tin with a big black number drawn on?
Why aren't all speed limit signs being replaced with more noticeable light up displays (a la m/way), so that the limit can vary with conditions/time of day? It needn't depend on human intervention.
Is this too radical?
