if you were gonna build a forged engine or buy a short forged engine and wanted to look out for a good pair of heads to see you 'up to or just short of' 500bhp power wise what would be best on a 2.0/2.1?

STI v4/5/6 heads?
2.2 heads?
Cams?
Verniers?

Anything from sti 3 onwards will be fine for 500bhp, as your car is a 99 you get the best of the bunch sti/5/6/P1 heads to choose from.

settling for a sensible 350ish for now so should be running shortly, and gonna have a forged badboy built with a rudeboy gearbox to take the strain
