hi torque tronix are offering me a full millteck exhaust and remap its £1500 is that about right my car is standard at the moment thanx they say they will bring it from 265 b to 330 and will the clutch handle it thanx

 

For that price you'd want them to throw in an uprated fuel pump, uprated air filter, all fitted etc.

Your clutch will be fine if your car is a 2005 STI,

You could order all the components, get a local garage to fit them, then contact a mapper. I know there is one in Ireland (not sure of his name). Or there is Andy Forrest in Scotland if it's not too much to go across the water. Or contact Simon at Jolly Green Monster. He may be going over your neck of the woods soon, as he travels around to map.

i have full millteck with sports cat and that was a £1000
so if that is with sportcat and fitted
plus remap
its a v/good price

 

But did you get a good deal..........

 

My full Milltek decat, Walbro fuel pump, remap £1350.

 

It depends whether the exhaust is a full decat or a sports cat.

Rough cost: remap £600, exhaust fitting £200 + price of exhaust.

 

in Northern Ireland in September mapping..

but for all things subaru in NI drop stu a polite PM and join scoobyireland if not a member already as he will be able to advise where to go for decent pricing and quality of work etc.. he is only an enfusiast not a trader or anything so be patient with his reply but I am sure he will point you in the right direction.
